REVIEW • LA GIRL BEAUTY BRICK BLUSH PALETTE

FOTD USING THE LIGHTER BLUSH, BRONZER AND HIGHLIGHT 

I've started so many blog posts off by saying "I love good and affordable make up" and that's exactly how this post should start. LA Girl recently brought out four face palettes, that include two blushes, a bronzer and a highlight. I was gifted the Glow* palette from Fotia.is (an Icelandic online store) and I must say, I really like it.

The packaging is slim and simple, with a magnetic closure (not the best magnet but it works). Inside there are two very pretty blushes, a pinky coral and a peachy pink with shimmers. Also, there is a light bronzer and a white highlighter with a golden sheen (think Nars Albatross).  I'd say this palette would work best on fair-medium skintones. The powders aren't the softest or buttery-est (yep) but they are well pigmented, blend easily and look beautiful on the skin. 

My favorites in the palette are the blushes, they are just gorgeous and for $9 a palette (1990 ISK on Fotia.is) - these get two thumbs up from me! I also really like the look of Spice, might have to pick that up ASAP x

//Ég hef oft byrjað færslurnar mínar á því að segja "ég elska góðar og ódýrar förðunarvörur" og þannig ætti þessi færsla að byrja. LA Girl gaf nýlega út fjórar andlitspallettur, sem innihalda tvo kinnaliti, sólarpúður og highlighter. Ég fékk Glow* pallettuna frá Fotia.is og mér finnst hún frábær.

Pakkningarnar eru nokkuð einfaldar með segul lokun (sem er kannski ekki sá sterkasti, en hann virkar). Inni í pallettunni eru síðan tveir fallegir kinnalitir, bleikur kóral litur og ferskjubleikur með glans ásamt ljósu sólarpúðri og hvítum highlighter sem gefur gylltan glans (mjög svipaður Nars Albatross). Þessi palletta myndi best henta þeim sem eru með ljósa-miðlungs húðlit. Púðrin eru ekki þau mjúkustu en þau eru vel pigmentuð, blandast auðveldlega og eru mjög falleg á húðinni.

Uppáhöldin mín í pallettunni eru klárlega kinnalitirnir, þeir eru æðislegir. Palletturnar kostar 1990 krónur og fást inn á fotia.is - þær fá tvo þumla upp frá mér! x
